We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

In these cases, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or refund request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Be continuous and unedited (no cuts)

Clearly show outer packaging

Show shipping label with your address

Show opening of the package

Show product received inside
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process the claim.
Exceptional Returns
In rare cases, we may accept returns for other reasons. However, shipping charges will be applicable.
