Return & Refund Policy

We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Product is defective

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Missing product in the package

In these cases, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Be continuous and unedited (no cuts)

  • Clearly show outer packaging

  • Show shipping label with your address

  • Show opening of the package

  • Show product received inside

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process the claim.

Exceptional Returns

In rare cases, we may accept returns for other reasons. However, shipping charges will be applicable.
